Since 2023, Lotus Caring Hands has proudly hosted our Annual Careers Event every summer at Alperton Community School. What began as a simple idea has grown into one of our most meaningful projects. Our aim has always remained the same: to guide, inspire, and support the next generation as they explore future careers, educational pathways, and opportunities to connect with industry professionals.
At Lotus Caring Hands, we believe deeply in the power of compassion and the strength of community. These values shape everything we do, including this flagship initiative. Looking ahead, we plan to expand the event in 2026 by introducing an online edition. This will allow us to reach young people across wider geographical areas in the UK, ensuring that distance is never a barrier to opportunity.
Why This Project Matters
We see young people as the pillars of our future society. Supporting them to make informed, confident decisions about their careers is essential for building a strong and thriving community. Our events are designed for young people aged 14 to 21, while also welcoming mature students who are exploring new directions.
