Lotus Caring Hands Opened, the second Vocational Training Center in Kovil Poratheevu, Pattiruppu, Batticaloa, the Eastern part of the country. The facilities include state of the art Computer laboratory, Lecture hall, Library and a Play area for Kids. This facility is located in the village Kovil Poratheevu which is surrounded by beautiful lagoons and paddy fields along with hard working men, women and their half clad care free children.
